Just like myself, numerous designers, photographers and artists at the time had no real platform to share their work and get their name out there. This was before the rise of social media. Given the circumstances I set myself to prove that none of us needed connections to fancy art galleries or investors. We had our talent and that’s all that mattered.
I used mine to singlehandedly create a flash portal where anyone could submit their work, then I hit the streets to promote my site and scout artists that would allow me to curate more content.
